Paris 1924: Sport, Art & The Body

We installed the lighting for Paris 1924: Sport, Art and the Body, an exhibition exploring the art and culture of the 1924 Paris Olympics. Our work balanced conservation requirements with dramatic presentation, using carefully controlled lighting to reveal the detail of paintings sculptures and artefacts while creating distinct moods for each gallery. Focused accents and subtle ambient transitions guided visitors through the story - from classical depictions of athletes to avant-garde interpretations of movement and the human form.
